Personal Statement
I am an instructional designer with a strong foundation in learner-centered design, onboarding strategy and emotionally intelligent training development. My career path began in early childhood education, where I developed a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and engage when they feel supported and understood. That experience continues to shape my approach to adult learning, grounded in empathy, clarity and practical application.
Professionally, I have supported the design and development of onboarding programs, mircolearning, and eLearning experiences with complex systems, often collaborating either SME’s, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. I enjoy translating policies, processes and technical information into accessible, engaging learning experiences that respect both the learner’s time and real world challenges. My work is especially informed by an interest in emotional intelligence, bias awareness and reflective learning.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge human-centered design with organizational needs. I bring curiosity, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose to every project and I value continuous improvement through feedback, and reflection. My goal is to continue growing as an instructional designer while contributing thoughtful, inclusive learning solutions that support both individual development and organizational success.
